Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
- ¼ cup of fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 1/4 cup of granola
Directions
- Layer 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
- Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries.
- Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
- Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
Açai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 6 Strawberries
- 6 Raspberries
- ½ tablespoon of Açaí powder
- ½ cup of almond milk
- 2-3 pieces of ice
- Fruit for topping
Directions
- Blend all of the ingredients together. Once blended pour into a bowl.
- Put toppings on top.
- Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Toast
Ingredients
- 1-2 slice(s) of bread
- Peanut butter
- Banana
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Lightly toast bread.
- Slice banana while waiting.
- Spread peanut butter on toast.
- Lay banana slices on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for extra crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 rinsed apple (any variety)
- ¼ cup of orange juice
Directions
- After washing it, slice the apple into pieces. You can choose the size
- Put the apples in a Tupperware container
- Pour the orange juice over top of the apples
- Close the Tupperware container and enjoy!
