Peace Coffee – 3262 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55406

It opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 8.00 p.m. on weekdays.
Peace coffee is super bright and colorful with a lot of natural sunlight, making it a very fun and lively place.
They had a great BOGO deal on the espresso drinks and they sell Patisserie 46 pastries.
Would be a really fun place to do homework, especially with friends!
Vicinity Coffee – 3350 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408 and 4301 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55409

There are two Vicinity coffees near the Upper School. One is located on Lyndale ave south and the other is located on Nicollet Ave.
There are plenty of tables and room to do work, but there is also a cozy little corner with plush and comfy leather chairs.
Vicinity has some really cool and unique drink options. One of their bestsellers is “Shot in the Nutz,” a Nutella Latte.
Overall both are quieter spaces, making them better for individual work.
Five Watt Kingfield – 3745 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55409

There are two Five Watt locations. The one on Nicollet opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. Perfect for early birds and late night busy beavers.
Ironically, “The Busy Beaver” is one of Five Watt’s specialty drinks. It has molasses, maple syrup, cinnamon and cracked pepper.
Five Watt is a bit louder than Vicinity. It is better for group work, but not great if you get distracted easily. They have a wide bar facing the window overlooking Nicollet Ave.
If you want something sweet and delightful to accompany your coffee, they also sell Patisserie 46 pastries!
